Target Information
Zika Virus (ZIKV)는 Flaviviridae 계열의 단일 양성가닥 RNA 바이러스로, 하나의 폴리단백질로 번역된 후 세 개의 구조 단백질(C, PrM/M, E)과 일곱 개의 비구조 단백질(NS1, NS2A, NS2B, NS3, NS4A, NS4B, NS5)로 절단됩니다.
당화된 NS1 단백질은 세포 내에서 호모다이머 형태로 존재하며 바이러스 복제에 필요합니다. 감염 후기에 NS1은 육량체 형태의 지질단백 입자로 세포 외로 분비되어 면역 회피 및 병원성에 관여합니다.
