Reconstitution: Add 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL of double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g for 5 min).

Target Information

GalR2 is widely expressed in the brain and peripheral tissues such as small intestine, heart, kidney, and liver.
In rat CNS, high expression is observed in dorsal root ganglia, amygdala, and Purkinje neurons.
G-protein Coupled Receptors (GPCRs) represent one of the largest families of signaling molecules, sharing a seven-transmembrane helical structure and existing in both active and inactive forms.
