이 항체는 교차흡착(cross-adsorbed)되어 있으며, 닭, 인간, 생쥐, 돼지, 토끼 및 쥐에 대한 반응성이 최소화되어 있습니다.
Western blot 실험에서는 PBST 또는 TBST 내 5% 탈지유(non-fat dry milk)를 사용한 블로킹 및 항체 반응을 권장하며, BSA는 권장되지 않습니다.

Anti-Goat 2차 항체는 염소 면역글로불린에 특이적으로 결합하도록 제작된 친화정제 항체입니다.
이들은 HRP, AP, 형광 등의 다양한 검출 시스템에서 사용 가능하며, 다수의 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합함으로써 신호 증폭을 통해 감도를 높일 수 있습니다.
