Target Information
This gene encodes a protein identified in metastatic mammary adenocarcinoma cell lines. Expression correlates with metastatic potential in several carcinomas but is also present in normal tissues. The protein is associated with chromatin remodeling and transcription regulation, containing DNA-binding, dimerization, and methylation-related domains.
