CSI 004-18-02는 vitronectin에 대해 높은 특이성을 가지며, 다른 결합조직 단백질(fibronectin, elastin, collagen, laminin)과 교차 반응하지 않습니다.
Rabbit 및 horse vitronectin에는 반응하지만 human 및 sheep에는 반응하지 않습니다.
이 항체는 ELISA 및 면역조직화학(IHC) 실험에서 성공적으로 사용되었으며, 특히 동결된 PLP 고정 소 조직의 ELISA 및 면역염색에 적합합니다.
