Target Information
CD20은 비당화 표면 인산단백질로, 인산화 정도에 따라 분자량이 33–37 kDa 범위에 있습니다. 성숙 B세포와 대부분의 악성 B세포, 일부 T 림프구 및 여포 수지상세포에서 발현됩니다.
CD20은 세포막 칼슘 전도, 세포 주기 진행, B세포 증식 조절에 관여하며, B세포 수용체(BCR)와의 상호작용을 통해 세포 표면에서 유지됩니다.
CD20은 대부분의 B세포 악성종에서 높은 수준으로 발현되며, 단클론 항체 치료 후에도 세포막에서 내재화되거나 탈락되지 않아 항체 매개 B세포 제거의 유용한 표적입니다.
CD20 기능 이상은 Ms4a1 관련 공통 가변 면역결핍증과 연관되어 있습니다.
