Target Information
GADD153(DDIT3, CHOP)은 핵 단백질로서 전사인자 C/EBP α 및 β와 이합체를 형성할 수 있습니다. 이러한 복합체는 C/EBP의 정상적인 결합 및 기능을 억제하며, 반대로 스트레스 관련 비정형 C/EBP 결합 부위에 대한 결합 활성을 획득합니다. 정상 세포 조건에서는 거의 발현되지 않지만, 세포 또는 소포체 스트레스 시 강하게 유도됩니다. GADD153 발현을 유도하는 스트레스 요인에는 tunicamycin 처리, 영양 결핍, 칼슘 흐름을 방해하는 환원제 등이 포함됩니다.
