For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

LIPG (Lipase G, Endothelial type) is an endothelial lipase and a member of the lipoprotein lipase gene family. It is synthesized by endothelial cells and functions locally to modulate lipoprotein metabolism. Overexpression of LIPG reduces HDL cholesterol levels, while deficiency increases them.
LIPG exhibits phospholipase activity and plays roles in lipoprotein metabolism and vascular biology. It is classified within the triglyceride lipase family, possessing a lid region that confers substrate specificity. As a carboxyl esterase, LIPG hydrolyzes high-density lipoproteins, emulsifies triglycerides, and contributes to dietary fat digestion through heparin binding.
