Glycoprotein-340(GP340)은 scavenger receptor superfamily의 구성원으로, SP-D 수용체로 알려져 있습니다.
GP340은 칼슘 의존적 단백질-단백질 상호작용을 통해 SP-D에 결합하며, 주로 폐 조직에서 발견됩니다.
면역조직화학 분석 결과, 폐포 대식세포에서 높은 발현이 확인되었습니다.
동일한 단백질은 타액(침 응집소)에서도 존재하며, 두 형태 모두 DMBT1 유전자에 의해 발현됩니다.
