Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of ~1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
This gene encodes one of four subunits of the splicing factor 3B. The encoded protein cross-links to a region in the pre-mRNA upstream of the branchpoint sequence in the prespliceosomal complex A and may participate in assembly of spliceosomal complexes B, C, and E. It interacts specifically with subunit 2 of splicing factor 3B and contains two N-terminal RNA-recognition motifs (RRMs), consistent with its direct pre-mRNA binding activity.
