Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Mammalian mitochondrial ribosomal proteins are encoded by nuclear genes and play a role in mitochondrial protein synthesis.
Mitochondrial ribosomes (mitoribosomes) consist of a small 28S subunit and a large 39S subunit, with a protein-to-rRNA ratio of approximately 75:25, opposite to that of prokaryotic ribosomes.
Unlike prokaryotic ribosomes, mammalian mitoribosomes lack a 5S rRNA.
The MRPL15 gene encodes a 39S subunit protein belonging to the EcoL15 ribosomal protein family, with a pseudogene located on chromosome 15q.
