For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

IGFBP3 belongs to the insulin-like growth factor binding protein (IGFBP) family. It encodes a protein containing both an IGFBP domain and a thyroglobulin type-I domain.
This protein forms a ternary complex with insulin-like growth factor acid-labile subunit (IGFALS) and either IGF-I or IGF-II. The complex circulates in plasma, prolonging IGF half-life and modulating receptor interactions.
Multiple isoforms exist due to alternative splicing. Diseases associated with IGFBP3 include Insulin-Like Growth Factor I and Acid-Labile Subunit Deficiency.
