Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Pellino proteins are a family of E3 ubiquitin ligases that function as upstream mediators in Toll-like receptor (TLR) signaling pathways, leading to activation of MAP kinases and transcription factors.
Pellino 1 interacts with the IRAK4–IRAK–TRAF6 complex to mediate interleukin-1 signaling and activate NF-κB. It catalyzes polyubiquitination of IRAK1 and is regulated through phosphorylation, ubiquitination, and sumoylation.
