Target Information
PSAP는 4개의 절단 산물(saposins A, B, C, D)의 전구체 역할을 하는 고도로 보존된 당단백질입니다. 각 도메인은 약 80개의 아미노산 잔기로 구성되어 있으며, 시스테인 잔기와 당화 부위가 거의 동일한 위치에 존재합니다. Saposins A–D는 주로 리소좀 구획에 존재하며, 짧은 올리고당 사슬을 가진 글리코스핑고지질의 분해를 촉진합니다. PSAP 전구체는 분비 단백질 및 막 결합 단백질 형태로 존재하며 신경영양 활성을 가집니다.
