Target Information
Pepsin은 위 점막에서 분비되는 주요 단백질 분해 효소 중 하나입니다. Pepsin은 단일 폴리펩타이드 사슬로 구성되어 있으며, 전구체인 pepsinogen에서 N-말단의 41 아미노산 절단을 통해 생성됩니다. Pepsinogen은 위 점막에서 합성되며, 위산(HCl)은 비활성 효소를 활성형으로 전환시키고 pepsin 기능에 최적의 산도(pH 1–3)를 유지하는 데 필요합니다. Pepsin은 방향족 아미노산이 포함된 펩타이드 결합을 주로 절단하며, 매우 넓은 기질 특이성을 가집니다. Pepsin C는 pepsinogen 및 pepsin과 비교했을 때 염기성 아미노산, 글루탐산, 아스파르트산, 류신 및 아이소류신 함량에서 차이를 보입니다.
