Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
This gene encodes a helicase family protein involved in ATP-dependent unwinding of nucleic acid duplexes. It is the largest subunit of the activating signal cointegrator 1 complex, which participates in DNA repair and resistance to alkylation damage. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
