Target Information
Synaptotagmin 4 (SYT4) may be involved in Ca²⁺-dependent exocytosis of secretory vesicles through Ca²⁺ and phospholipid binding to the C2 domain, or may act as a Ca²⁺ sensor in vesicular trafficking and exocytosis. It also plays a role in dendrite formation by melanocytes (PubMed:23999003).
