Target Information

Anti-Rabbit secondary antibodies are affinity-purified with well-characterized specificity for rabbit immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of rabbit targets.
Secondary antibodies enhance versatility and sensitivity by enabling multiple detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and signal amplification through multiple binding events to primary antibodies.
Typically, these antibodies are generated by immunizing the host with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, conjugation) to yield highly specific reagents.
