이 항체는 교차흡착(cross-adsorbed)되어 있으며, 소, 닭, 염소, 인간, 생쥐, 돼지, 쥐에 대한 비특이적 반응이 최소화되어 있습니다.
Western blot 실험 시, PBST 또는 TBST 내 5% 탈지유(non-fat dry milk)를 사용하여 항체의 차단 및 반응을 수행하는 것을 권장합니다. BSA는 권장되지 않습니다.

Anti-Rabbit 보조항체는 토끼 면역글로불린에 대한 특이성이 잘 규명된 친화정제 항체로, 검출, 분류 또는 정제에 유용합니다.
보조항체는 HRP, AP, 형광 등 다양한 검출 시스템과 함께 사용할 수 있으며, 1차 항체에 여러 개의 2차 항체가 결합할 수 있어 신호 증폭을 통한 민감도 향상이 가능합니다.
대부분의 보조항체는 목표 종의 면역글로불린 혼합물을 이용해 숙주 동물을 면역화하여 생성되며, 면역친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 라벨 결합 등의 과정을 통해 높은 특이성을 갖는 시약으로 정제됩니다.
