Description:
UCHL1 단클론 항체는 인간 CD45RO(180 kDa isoform of CD45)에 반응합니다. CD45RO는 대부분의 흉선세포, 활성화된 메모리 T세포, 과립구 및 단핵구에서 발현되며, CD22는 CD45RO의 리간드로 작용합니다. CD45RO와 CD45RA 발현은 말초 T세포 아형 구분에 흔히 사용됩니다.

Applications Tested: 정상 말초혈액세포 분석에 사전 적정 및 검증됨. 5 µL (0.125 µg)/test 사용 권장.
Fluorochrome Information: PerCP-eFluor® 710은 488 nm에서 여기되고 710 nm에서 방출되며, PerCP-Cyanine5.5 대체로 사용 가능. 710/50 또는 695/40 bandpass filter 권장.
Light Sensitivity: 광산화에 민감하므로 빛으로부터 보호 필요.
Fixation: IC Fixation Buffer (Product #00-8222) 또는 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product #00-5333) 사용 시 4°C 암실에서 최대 3일 보관 가능.

Target Information

CD45RO(UCHL1, ubiquitin carboxyl terminal esterase L1)는 CD45 glycoprotein의 가장 짧은 isoform으로, 림프구 발달과 항원 신호전달에 중요한 역할을 하는 수용체형 단백질 티로신 인산화효소입니다. CD45는 Src-family kinase 조절을 통해 세포 생존을 촉진하고, integrin-매개 신호전달 조절 및 apoptosis 시 DNA fragmentation에 관여합니다. CD45RO는 대식세포, CD8+ T세포, 활성화된 T세포, 골수종 세포에서 발현됩니다.
