Target Information
SERPINH1는 serine proteinase inhibitor(superfamily)인 serpin 계열 단백질로, 열충격에 의해 발현이 유도됩니다. SERPINH1 단백질은 소포체(ER) 내강에 위치하며 콜라겐과 결합하여 콜라겐 분자의 성숙 과정에 관여하는 분자 샤페론으로 작용합니다. 류머티즘 관절염 환자에서 SERPINH1에 대한 자가항체가 보고된 바 있습니다.
