For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

HOXD10 is a member of the Abd-B homeobox family and encodes a nuclear protein with a homeobox DNA-binding domain.
It is part of the homeobox D gene cluster on chromosome 2 and functions as a sequence-specific transcription factor involved in limb bud development and differentiation.
Mutations in HOXD10 are associated with Wilms’ tumor and congenital vertical talus, as well as foot deformities similar to Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease.
