For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

T-cell activation is regulated through receptors such as PD-1 (also known as PDCD-1), which mediate inhibitory signals from antigen-presenting cells (APC). PD-1 interacts with ligands PDL-1 and PDL-2 to suppress immune activation in the absence of danger signals. PD-1 deficiency can lead to hyperactive immune responses and autoimmune diseases.
Despite its predicted molecular weight, PD-1 often migrates at higher molecular weight in SDS-PAGE.
