Product Specific Information

Target Information
Adiponectin은 지방세포(adipocytes)에서만 분비되는 단백질 호르몬으로, 지질 및 포도당 대사를 조절합니다.
이 단백질은 항상성 유지 및 비만과 관련된 생리적 과정에 관여하며, 혈중 농도가 낮을 경우 비만, 인슐린 저항성, 제2형 당뇨병과 연관됩니다.
마우스 모델에서 Adiponectin은 인슐린 신호전달을 개선하고, AMP kinase 및 PPAR-alpha를 활성화하여 지방산의 수송, 산화 및 소모를 증가시켜 골격근 내 지방 축적을 줄이고 인슐린 감수성을 향상시킵니다.
