DAPK1 (Death-associated protein kinase 1)는 감마-인터페론 유도 세포사멸에 관여하는 칼모듈린 의존성 단백질 인산화효소로, 잠재적 종양 억제 인자로 알려져 있습니다.
DAPK1은 세포 생존, 세포사멸(apoptosis), 자가포식(autophagy) 등 다양한 신호 경로에 관여하며, 세포 환경에 따라 caspase 의존적(type I) 또는 caspase 비의존적(type II) 세포사멸을 조절합니다. 또한 PIN1, TPM1, STX1A, PRKD1, BECN1, TSC2, RPS6, MYL9, DAPK3 등을 인산화시켜 세포 기능을 조절합니다.
