Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Phosphoglycerate mutase (PGAM) catalyzes the reversible conversion of 3-phosphoglycerate (3-PGA) to 2-phosphoglycerate (2-PGA) in the glycolytic pathway.
PGAM is a dimeric enzyme composed of muscle (MM), brain (BB), and hybrid (MB) isozymes.
PGAM2 encodes the muscle-specific subunit, and mutations in this gene cause muscle phosphoglycerate mutase deficiency (glycogen storage disease X).
