Target Information
CD31 (platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1, PECAM-1)은 T세포 및 B세포 신호 조절에 관여하는 억제성 공동수용체로, ITIM 모티프를 통해 인산화 후 단백질 티로신 인산화효소 결합 부위를 형성합니다.
CD31은 혈관계 전반에 발현되며 인접 세포 간 접합부에 주로 위치합니다. N-말단 Ig-like 도메인은 세포 간 상호작용에 중요한 동종결합을 담당합니다.
CD31은 integrin-매개 세포 부착, 내피세포 이동, 혈관신생, 세포사멸, 면역수용체 신호 억제, 자가면역, 대식세포 식작용, IgE-매개 아나필락시스 및 혈전증 등 다양한 생리적 과정에서 핵심적 역할을 수행합니다.
