Target Information
CD31 (platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1, PECAM-1)은 T세포 및 B세포 신호 조절에 관여하는 억제성 공동수용체로, ITIM 모티프를 통해 단백질 티로신 인산화효소 결합 부위를 제공한다. CD31은 혈관계 전반에 걸쳐 발현되며, 주로 인접한 세포 간 접합부에 위치한다. N-말단 Ig-like 도메인은 동종 결합(homophilic binding)을 담당하여 세포 간 상호작용에 중요한 역할을 한다.
CD31은 인테그린 매개 세포 부착, 내피 세포 간 이동, 혈관신생, 세포자멸사, 면역수용체 신호의 음성 조절, 자가면역, 대식세포 식작용, IgE 매개 아나필락시스 및 혈전 형성 등 다양한 기능을 수행하는 다기능 분자이다.
혈관계의 주요 조절 인자 중 하나로 알려져 있다.
