Target Information
CD35 (CR1, Complement Receptor 1)는 세포막에 결합된 단량체성 당단백질로, C3b와 C4b를 인식하는 주요 보체 수용체 역할을 합니다.
CD35 단백질은 보체 활성화된 입자 및 면역 복합체의 결합과 제거를 매개하며, 4가지 allotype (C, A, B, D)을 가집니다.

CD35는 면역 복합체 처리, C3b 결합 및 포식 작용, 보체 활성 억제에 관여합니다.
주요 발현 세포: 호중구, 호산구, 단핵구, B세포, 일부 NK세포, 적혈구, 골수성 백혈병 세포, 여포성 수지상세포
Basophil에서는 음성입니다.
CD35 발현 감소 또는 유전자 변이는 담낭암, 사구체신염, 전신홍반루푸스, 사르코이드증과 관련이 있으며, Plasmodium falciparum rosetting 감소로 중증 말라리아에 대한 보호 효과를 나타낼 수 있습니다. 다양한 대립유전자 특이적 스플라이스 변이가 보고되었으며, 분비형 CD35도 존재하지만 완전히 특성화되지는 않았습니다.
