Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The BIRC3 gene encodes a member of the inhibitor of apoptosis (IAP) protein family.
This protein binds to TRAF1 and TRAF2, likely interfering with activation of ICE-like proteases, thereby inhibiting apoptosis induced by serum deprivation.
It contains three baculovirus IAP repeat domains and a RING finger domain.
Transcript variants encoding the same isoform have been identified.
