Target Information
cAMP는 다양한 세포 기능에 중요한 신호 전달 분자로, cAMP-dependent protein kinase (AMPK)를 활성화하여 다양한 표적 단백질을 인산화시킵니다. AMPK의 비활성형 효소는 두 개의 조절 서브유닛과 두 개의 촉매 서브유닛으로 구성된 테트라머 형태이며, cAMP 결합 시 조절 서브유닛과 촉매 서브유닛이 분리됩니다. 인간에서는 네 가지 조절 서브유닛과 세 가지 촉매 서브유닛이 확인되었으며, 본 항체의 표적 단백질은 그 중 하나의 조절 서브유닛을 인코딩합니다. 이 단백질은 활성화된 촉매 서브유닛에 의해 인산화될 수 있으며, 다양한 A-kinase anchoring protein과 상호작용하여 AMPK의 세포 내 위치를 결정할 수 있습니다.
