Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 min at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 min at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 min.

Cyclin E는 세포주기 동안 단백질 발현이 주기적으로 변하는 고보존성 사이클린 패밀리에 속합니다. Cyclin E는 CDK2와 복합체를 형성하여 G1/S 전이를 조절하며, S phase로 진행함에 따라 분해됩니다. 이 단백질의 과발현은 여러 종양에서 관찰되며, 염색체 불안정성을 유발해 종양 발생에 기여할 수 있습니다. 또한 Cyclin E는 NPAT 단백질의 인산화에 관여하며, 이는 히스톤 유전자 발현 조절과 세포주기 진행에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 두 개의 주요 스플라이스 변이체가 보고되어 있으며, 추가 변이체도 존재합니다.
