Target Information
PSAP은 4개의 절단 산물(saposins A, B, C, D)의 전구체인 고도로 보존된 당단백질입니다. 각 도메인은 약 80개의 아미노산으로 구성되며, 시스테인 잔기와 당화 부위가 거의 동일하게 배치되어 있습니다. Saposins A–D는 주로 리소좀에서 짧은 올리고당기를 가진 글리코스핑고지질의 분해를 촉진합니다. 전구체 단백질은 분비 단백질 및 막 단백질 형태로 존재하며, 신경영양 활성도 가지고 있습니다.
