Target Information

MINK1는 germinal center kinase (GCK) 계열에 속하는 serine/threonine kinase입니다. 이 단백질은 NIK 관련 kinase와 구조적으로 유사하며, GCK 계열 내에서 NIK 관련 kinase의 하위 그룹에 속할 수 있습니다. Mouse homolog 연구에서는 출생 후 뇌 발달 과정에서 발현 증가 및 cJun N-terminal kinase (JNK)와 p38 경로의 활성화가 보고되었습니다.
