이 단백질은 말초 B 세포의 100%에서 발현되며, B세포 항원 수용체(BCR)와 함께 작용하여 항원 자극에 대한 반응 민감도를 조절합니다.
CD19는 정상 및 악성 B 세포 증식의 중요한 조절 인자로, 모든 B 세포 전구 백혈병에서 발현됩니다.
