Target Information
EPS15 is a ubiquitously expressed protein involved in cell growth regulation and mitogenic signaling. It plays a role in controlling cell proliferation and EGFR internalization upon DNA damage via phosphorylation on Tyrosine 849. Chromosomal aberrations involving EPS15 have been identified in certain acute leukemias, leading to abnormal activator protein formation.
