Product Specific Information
Description:
The eBioV.7C7 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse endomucin, a 75 kDa type I integral membrane protein identified as an endothelial cell marker. Endomucin belongs to the sialomucin family and is highly O-glycosylated. It is expressed on endothelial cells but not on the high endothelial venules (HEV) of secondary lymphoid organs. Additionally, it is expressed on CD34⁺c-Kit⁺Sca-1⁺Lin⁻ hematopoietic progenitors capable of multi-lineage long-term reconstitution.
Applications Reported:
Suitable for flow cytometry, immunoprecipitation, Western blotting, and immunohistology of paraffin-embedded tissues.
Applications Tested:
Tested by flow cytometric analysis of bEnd.3 cells. Recommended ≤1 µg/test (100 µL final volume). Optimal titration is advised for each assay.
Purity: >90% (SDS-PAGE)
Aggregation: <10% (HPLC)
Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered
