Product Specific Information

This SF1-1.1.1 monoclonal antibody reacts with the H-2Kd MHC class I alloantigen.
H-2Kd is involved in antigen presentation to T cells expressing CD3/TCR and CD8. Reactivity to other haplotypes (b, j, k, p, q, s, v) has not been observed.

Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
Applications Tested: Tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes.
Recommended use ≤ 0.5 µg per test (100 µL final volume). Cell number: 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test.
Careful titration recommended for optimal performance.

Fluorochrome Information:
Super Bright 600 is a tandem dye excited by the violet laser (405 nm) and emits at 600 nm. Recommended filter: 610/20 bandpass. Ensure instrument compatibility.

Staining Recommendations:
When using multiple Super Bright conjugates, use Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product # SB-4401) to minimize polymer interactions.

Light Sensitivity:
Sensitive to photo-induced oxidation. Protect vial and samples from light.

Fixation:
Samples may be stored in IC Fixation Buffer (Product # 00-8222) or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product # 00-5333) for up to 3 days at 4°C in the dark with minimal impact on brightness and FRET efficiency.
