Target Information
SLP-76은 T 세포 수용체(TCR) 결합 후 ZAP-70 단백질 티로신 키나아제의 기질로 처음 확인되었습니다. 인간 SLP-76 유전자는 염색체 5q33에 위치하며, 인간과 생쥐의 cDNA는 각각 533 아미노산으로 구성된 단백질을 암호화하며 72%의 서열 동일성을 가집니다.
이 단백질은 세 가지 주요 도메인으로 구성되어 있으며, N-말단에는 PEST 도메인과 여러 티로신 잔기를 포함한 산성 영역이 있습니다. 또한 중앙에는 프롤린이 풍부한 영역, C-말단에는 SH2 도메인을 포함합니다.
SLP-76은 여러 단백질과 결합하여 T 세포 발달 및 활성화, 비만세포 및 혈소판 기능에 중요한 역할을 하는 어댑터 단백질로 알려져 있습니다.
