Target Information
CD5는 인간 T-림프구에서 발현되는 67 kDa 단일 사슬 막관통 당단백질입니다. 모든 성숙 T-림프구, 대부분의 흉선세포 및 다수의 T세포 백혈병과 림프종에서 발견됩니다. CD5는 활성화된 B세포 일부에서도 반응하며, T세포 증식 조절에 관여하는 수용체 역할을 할 수 있습니다. 림프절에서는 주로 T세포 영역에서 반응성이 관찰됩니다. CD5 발현 이상은 흉선암 및 Richter’s Syndrome과 관련이 있습니다.
