Target Information
TIFY11A는 자스모네이트(JA) 반응의 억제 인자로 작용하며, RSS3 및 BHLH94와 삼합체를 형성하여 JA 반응 유전자의 발현을 음성 조절합니다. 염분 스트레스 내성을 양성 조절하며, JA 신호전달을 통한 칼륨 항상성 조절과 칼륨 이온 수송체 유전자 발현 조절에 관여합니다. SCF(COI1) E3 유비퀴틴 리가아제 복합체에 의해 표적화되며, BHLH062와 상호작용하여 이온 수송체 유전자를 직접 조절할 수 있습니다. 또한 탈수 스트레스 내성을 양성 조절하고, MYB30과의 상호작용을 통해 냉해 내성을 음성 조절합니다.
