Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to reach a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Noggin is involved in numerous developmental processes, including neural tube fusion and joint formation. Organ morphogenesis is initiated by epithelial stem cell downgrowth, regulated by WNT3A and Noggin (a BMP inhibitor). Mutations in Noggin are associated with proximal symphalangism (SYM1) and multiple synostoses syndrome (SYNS1), characterized by joint fusion defects.
