Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The anaphase-promoting complex (APC), also known as the cyclosome, is a large protein complex that promotes the metaphase-anaphase transition by ubiquitinating specific substrates such as mitotic cyclins and the anaphase inhibitor. These substrates are subsequently degraded by the 26S proteasome. Vertebrate APC contains eight subunits.
