Target Information
Fibronectin은 230–250 kDa 범위의 분자량을 가진 이황화 결합된 이합체 단백질입니다. 여러 결합조직과 혈관의 세포외기질에서 불용성 형태로 존재하며, 이황화 결합으로 고분자량 중합체를 형성합니다.
Fibronectin은 배아 발생, 조직 재형성, 상처 치유, 혈액 응고, 숙주 방어, 전이 등 세포 부착 및 이동 과정에 관여합니다. 또한, 비소세포성 폐암 등에서 발현이 증가하며, 암세포의 부착 및 항암제 내성과 관련이 있습니다.
Fibronectin 유전자는 대체 스플라이싱을 통해 최대 20가지 전사 변이체를 생성할 수 있습니다.
