Description:
MR54 단클론 항체는 인간 Trop-2 (Tumor-Associated Calcium Signal Transducer 2, TACSTD2, EGP-1)를 인식합니다. Trop-2는 trophoblast, epithelial, 및 대부분의 인간 암세포에서 발현되는 제1형 막당단백질로, 칼슘 매개 신호 전달에 관여합니다. 또한 Trop-2는 종양형성과 전이, 부착 독립적 성장과 관련된 온코진으로 보고되었습니다.
Applications Reported:
Flow cytometry, IHC-P (formalin-fixed paraffin embedded tissue), ICC 등에서 사용 보고됨.
Applications Tested:
MCF7 세포에서 flow cytometry 및 ICC에 대해 테스트됨. 10 µg/mL 이하 농도로 사용 가능. FFPE 조직의 IHC에서는 저 또는 고 pH 항원 회복이 가능하나, 고 pH 조건에서 더 강한 염색 강도를 보임. 최적 성능을 위해 항체를 신중히 적정할 것을 권장함.
