Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, less than 20% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat Endoglin and less than 5% with recombinant human Endoglin are observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
CD105 (Endoglin) is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein highly expressed on vascular endothelial cells. It forms an O- and N-glycosylated homodimer and is upregulated in tumor vasculature and proliferating cells, indicating its role as a proliferation-associated endothelial marker. CD105 binds TGF-β1 and TGF-β3 with high affinity, but not TGF-β2.
