Target Information
JDP2는 AP-1 전사인자 복합체의 구성 요소로, Jun 단백질군에 의해 매개되는 전사활성을 억제합니다.
UV 유도 세포자멸사, 세포 분화, 종양형성 및 항종양 과정 등 다양한 전사 반응에 관여합니다.
또한 HDAC3(histone deacetylase 3)를 JUN 프로모터 영역으로 유도하여 전사를 억제할 수 있으며, 히스톤 변형 및 크로마틴 조립의 직접적인 조절을 통해 전사 조절에 관여할 수 있습니다.
