Target Information
HLA-G는 HLA class I heavy chain paralogues에 속하며, heavy chain과 light chain (β2-microglobulin)으로 구성된 heterodimer입니다.
이 단백질은 태반의 태아 유래 세포에서 발현되며, heavy chain의 분자량은 약 45 kDa입니다.
유전자는 8개의 exon으로 구성되어 있으며, 각각은 leader peptide, α1/α2 domain, α3 domain, transmembrane region, cytoplasmic tail을 암호화합니다.
HLA 및 MHC 항체는 Immunopeptidomics 연구에서 중요한 역할을 하며, 고성능 액체 크로마토그래피와 tandem mass spectrometry를 통해 neoantigen의 식별 및 특성 분석을 가능하게 합니다.
