MM450DB targets IL-4 in ELISA and WB applications and shows reactivity with mouse samples.
The immunogen is recombinant mouse IL-4, and the antibody detects IL-4 (~14 kDa predicted molecular weight).

Biotinylated antibody MM450DB (clone 24G2) has been successfully paired as the detection antibody in a sandwich ELISA with capture antibody MM450C (clone 1D11).
Typical dilutions for sandwich ELISA:

• Coating: 1 µg/mL
• Detection: 0.125–0.25 µg/mL

MM450DB and MM450C have been used in combination with recombinant mouse IL-4 protein (SMIL4) in ELISA applications.
This antibody is produced by injecting Rat IgG-secreting hybridoma cells into the peritoneum of mice. Ascites is collected and purified via Protein A.

STAT6 mediates IL-4 signaling and plays a key role in immune regulation.
The IL-4 gene is part of a cytokine cluster on chromosome 5q, located near IL13 and IL5, coordinated by long-range regulatory elements.
IL-4 delta 2 is a known splice variant of IL-4.
