Target Information
LYVE1은 림프관 벽에서 히알루로난(HA)의 주요 수용체로 확인되었습니다. LYVE1의 아미노산 서열은 CD44 HA 수용체와 41% 유사한 322개의 잔기로 구성된 type I 막단백질을 예측하며, Link protein 슈퍼패밀리의 전형적인 HA 결합 도메인을 포함합니다.
CD44과 달리 LYVE1은 림프관 내강면에서 HA와 공존하며 혈관에는 존재하지 않습니다. 따라서 LYVE1은 림프 특이적 HA 수용체로서 림프관의 강력한 마커입니다. LYVE1은 림프관 내피에서 주로 발현되며 백혈구 및 종양세포의 림프절 이동 조절에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다.
림프관계는 조직의 세포외액을 배출하고 면역세포가 항원을 인식할 수 있는 환경을 제공합니다. LYVE1, PALE, VEGFR3, podoplanin 등이 림프 내피의 주요 마커로 알려져 있습니다.
LYVE1 기능 이상은 Complete Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome과 관련이 있습니다.
